1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Synkmart in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

Synkmart is a cloud-based inventory management software that provides:

8. Service Availability and Support
Service Level
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
Customer Support

- Response times vary based on your subscription plan

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
- WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
- OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Softalx Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Synkmart, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
Termination by You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation
Termination by Us
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- We may terminate the service with 30 days' notice
- We may immediately suspend accounts for security or legal reasons
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to Synkmart will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period. You should export your data before termination.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Synkmart after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
